Located in the sacred town of Pandharpur, this project focuses on restoring, enhancing, and preserving the spiritual and architectural heritage of the Vitthal Rukmini temple premises.
Kanhoji Angre Samadhi
The Kanhoji Aangre Tomb Conservation & Restoration Project is a heritage preservation initiative undertaken for the Directorate of Archaeology & Museums to conserve and revive the historic samadhi complex of the legendary Maratha naval commander, Sarkhel Kanhoji Aangre. Executed by Sai Prem Construction, the project focuses on restoring the site's architectural integrity while enhancing its accessibility and visitor experience.
Sangramdurg Fort Restoration
The Sangramdurg Fort Fortification Wall Restoration Project is a heritage conservation initiative focused on preserving and strengthening the historic fortification wall of Sangramdurg Fort at Chakan. Executed in accordance with established conservation principles, the project emphasizes structural stabilization while safeguarding the monument's historical authenticity, architectural character, and cultural significance.
Rani Sai Bai Rajwada
The Maharani Saibai Rajwada Conservation Project is a heritage restoration initiative focused on preserving the historic ruins and precinct of the Maharani Saibai Rajwada at Pali, Rajgad. Executed by Savani Heritage Conservation Pvt. Ltd. under the guidance of Nasadeeya – Architecture & Conservation, the project aims to stabilize, protect, and revive the remains of this significant Maratha-era heritage site while maintaining its historical authenticity.
Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary
The Bhimashankar Eco-Tourism & Forest Infrastructure Development Project is a comprehensive environmental and visitor infrastructure initiative designed to enhance the experience of one of Maharashtra's most significant wildlife and pilgrimage destinations. COEP Awasari Solar Plant
The 450 kWp Roof-Top Grid-Connected Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Power Plant is a renewable energy infrastructure project developed at the Government College of Engineering and Research, Awasari Khurd. Executed under the Non-Renewable Energy Head of the District Planning Committee, Pune, the project reflects the commitment to promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing dependence on conventional power sources through clean and efficient solar energy generation.
